We always honor broker/principal relationships and although we are licensed real estate brokers we always act in the capacity of principals so real estate brokers earn the commissions they deserve.

For anyone who has not previously worked with our organization, we would be proud to introduce you to references such as brokers or lenders upon request.

When working with us, you can expect:

  • 2. We will sign NDA and confidentiality agreements to protect your interest

  • 3. In most cases

    we will allow you to re-list a property when we want to sell an asset you initially brought to us.

  • 4. Candor and transparent communication

  • 5. In certain situations

    brokers will have the ability to participate in the upside of a project through either earned equity participation or by rolling in some or all of your commission.
